Our customers use our services and solutions to help manage the volume, complexity, and workflow of their digital information and hardcopy documents. We help them by improving access and control over their content, and we offer a wide variety of ways to manage their documents in the office, in the field, and in the cloud.

The Company provides onsite managed print services (MPS), archiving and information management (AIM), construction document and information management (CDIM), as well as the sale of web and cloud-based applications to support these services. We operate more than 170 service centers in North America, more than a dozen locations in China, and select locations in the U.K., Hong Kong, Australia, and India. And when we need to reach even further, we partner with qualified service providers in more than 40 countries around the world. We also, provide equipment and services onsite in more than 8,500 customer locations, and we service large enterprise customers through a corporate sales force called Global Services.

ARC Document Solutions is headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, and publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange, ticker symbol ARC. Fiscal 2015 revenue was $429 million. The company began as a $9 million reprographics provider in Southern California in the late 1980s. It has grown to its present size and geographic coverage through the acquisition of more than 140 other companies, as well as growth into new markets with new services. It remains the largest company of its kind in the U.S. with more than 2,500 employees. The company has received recognition from Forbes magazine, Gartner, MPSA, BERTL, and Océ. Dilo Wijesuriya

President & COO

Dilo began his career as a divisional manager at Aitken Spence & Co. LTD, one the largest corporations in Sri Lanka. Before becoming ARC's COO in 2011, he held the position of president at Ford Graphics and Senior Vice President, National Operations at ARC.

Jorge Avalos

CFO

Before joining ARC as the Director of Finance and eventually taking on the role of CFO, Jorge built his finance experience at companies like Vendare Media Group, an online network and social media company, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Rahul Roy

CTO

Prior to ARC, Rahul founded and ran MirrorPlus Technologies, Inc., a Silicon Valley software company for the reprographics industry. As ARC's CTO, he has overseen the launch of over half a dozen document management and construction cloud products.

Suri Suriyakumar

Chairman & CEO

Prior to co-founding ARC in 1989, Suri worked for Aitken Spence & Co. LTD, one of the largest corporations in Sri Lanka. He has served as ARC's Chief Executive Officer since 2007 and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2008.

David Stickney

VP, Corp. Communications & Investor Relations

David has been with ARC since nearly the beginning. During his time at the company, he's provided his business communication, public relations, marketing consulting, and, of course, investor relations expertise. He holds a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri in Kansas City.

Greg Schiemann

Vice President of Technical Services

After six years at ARC’s Santa Monica branch, Greg became Director of Global Solutions in 2009. He continued his quick ascent to Vice President of Technical Services. Today, he manages our internal and external IT operations worldwide.

John Herb

VP, Human Resources

Prior to joining ARC, John gained extensive experience as a Human Resources leader at Global CHRO at Menlo Worldwide Logistics, Cerberus Capital Management, Kaiser Permanente and Frito-Lay.

John Zulli

EVP, North America Operations

John began his career in 1981, as a manager at the country's second-largest reprographics company, Ridgway's, until its acquisition by ARC in 2000. From there, he was promoted to vice president in 2002, Senior Regional Vice President, and in 2012, Executive Vice President of Operations, North America.

Ken Gini

SVP, Corp. Admin, Operations & Procurement

Mr. Gini joined ARC Document Solutions in 1998 as Director of Systems and Procedures. He was named Vice President in 1999, and Senior Vice President in 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gini was the General Manager of a logistics company in Melbourne Australia. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middlesex University in London, England.

As Vice President of ARC Technology Solutions, Kumar drives technological innovation aimed at improving information management throughout the building lifecycle. With over 20 years of experience leading a variety of teams within ARC, Kumar ensures that our customers receive maximum value from our portfolio of service offerings.

Srinivas Mukkamala

Director of Engineering & R&D, General Manager - ARC

Srinivasa has been leading engineers and technical architects in the U.S. and India for ARC since 2000. He’s a core architect in many of ARC’s technology solutions. Before joining ARC, he worked for a multinational banking and financial services company in Singapore.

Ted Buscaglia

EVP, Global Services

Ted oversees global services and the print solutions vertical for ARC. He previously managed FedEx Kinko's large-format business lines, including sales operations for large-format printing and finishing for retail and corporate accounts. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Latin American Studies from San Diego State University.

Theodore Carlson

SVP, Mergers & Acquisitions

Mr. Carlson joined ARC Document Solutions in 1999. Prior to joining the company, he was a Vice President at Oce North America, now a part of Canon Solutions America. With more than 20 years of experience selling and consulting in the document solutions business, Mr. Carlson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College.

Tracey Luttrell

Corporate Counsel & Secretary

Tracey serves as ARC’s Corporate Counsel, a role that she previously held from 2008 to 2012. She has extensive experience working as in-house and external counsel to public and private companies in various industries. Tracey holds two law degrees (Common Law (JD) and Civil Law) and two bachelor’s degrees (Classics and Political Science) from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

The Portable Document Format (PDF) is generally the preferred file format for submitting a document for printing as it works with virtually all professional printing and digital output devices. By design, a PDF file incorporates the information needed to maintain document consistency from system to system. Most other file formats such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Word are easily converted to PDF format.

Crop marks help indicate where the product will be cut to its finished size.

Bleed is required to ensure edge-to-edge colour on your final product. Any background colours or images need to expand your final size by 3mm on all sides to allow for any movement on the guillotine.

We print in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). Ensure your colour is set to this as RGB and Pantone artworks will be automatically converted which could slightly affect final print.

Perfect Binding:

Gluing the outside edges of the paper together to create a flat edge then a wrap around cover applied.

Saddle-stitch binding (Fold stitch and trim).

Using staples along the folds of the pages to bind them together. Pages need to be multiples of 4.

Wire binding:

Wires in a spiral form are threated through holes along the binging edge. Allows the document to lay flat when open. (Silver/White/Black all stocked).

Plastic Comb binding:

Similar to Wire binding but using tubular plastic piece which fits through rectangular holes punched into binding edge.

Ring Binders:

Holes are punched into pages and inserted into ring binder.
